- It is a facility for the support for the participation of the viewers that provides a media education, the broadcasting production facility equipment, etc. so that the watchers can properly understand the media and directly produce the broadcast contents free of charge.
- The Community media center has been managed in 12 regions nationwide, beginning with the Busan Center in the year 2005, and including Gwangju, Gangwon, Daejeon, Incheon, Seoul, Ulsan, Gyeonggi, Chungbuk, Sejong, Gyeongnam, and Daegu, at the present.
